This is a great high quality product. I went for the "stainless Steel" version of the fryer and stand and paid the little extra and I am very happy that I did. I have already used it and everything worked and looks great. I am extremely happy with this purchase. All of the parts advertised were included and it has a lot of great features. Just remember, 32 quarts is a BIG pot! I love it!

I don't think I've ever seen my husband so excited about a gift before. It was just want he had been wanting and was very reasonably priced too. The cooking stand is very well made and extremely sturdy. Durably constructed from polished stainless steel, this outdoor turkey fryer kit features a 32-quart stockpot with a tall, narrow shape that requires less cooking oil than a standard stockpot. Specifically designed for frying whole turkeys up to 25 pounds, the pot facilitates a circular flow of oil for an even cooking temperature throughout. The unit's perforated poultry rack with a grab hook makes it easy to safely insert and remove the turkey from the pot, while its 12-inch stainless-steel deep-fry thermometer measures temperatures ranging from 50 to 750 degrees F.
The unit offers not only everything needed to fry a whole turkey in as little as 45 minutes, but it also includes a skewer set for frying up to three chickens in 20 minutes, as well as a perforated steam/boil basket--raised 1-3/4 inches above the bottom--for steaming or boiling seafood, crawfish, clams, corn, and other vegetables. The outdoor gas burner with its one-piece welded stainless-steel frame ensures safe operation and long-lasting performance.

Very high quality product (all stainless, including stand and burner). Simple non digital straightforward design and easy to use. Comes with everything you might need, including a thermometer for oil/water. Can be used for many things other than turky deep frier. Who wants a unifuntion piece of equipment? Steamer/boiling basket for veggies, shrimp, whatever. Plenty big for crab boil, crawdads, etc. Worth the cost. As they say, you get what you pay for, in this case even more. Haven't used it much, but it is very nicely made and has a very good burner. Some rusting in the base, but overall very fine.
